Exhibition Proposal

An exhibition proposal is a proposal to persuade the Client to exhibit or sponsor artwork. If the gallery or sponsor has proposal guidelines, follow them closely for the best chance of being accepted. Or, modify this exhibition proposal template to create one in no time.

“Client” may refer to the exhibition space you’re contacting to ask to have the work shown, or it could be a person or company that you’re hoping will sponsor the art exhibit. “Sender” may be the artist themselves, or it could be a person or organization working on behalf of the artist. Update the wording as needed to make the proposal relevant to the Client and Sender.
