What you will do
The Payment Application Specialist primary responsibility will be to perform the payment application process. The Payment Application Specialist will also be responsible for creating and maintaining reporting to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the payment application process. The Payment Application Specialist must also know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures in addition to state and federal laws are followed at all times by persons under their jurisdiction.
• Completing timely application of auction payments- which includes the necessary accounting steps within NetSuite.
• Responsible for meeting month end close deadlines.
• Completing daily transfer of banking information.
• Performs additional accounting functions within NetSuite as needed.
• Gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to ensure SLA's are maintained.
• Understand and enforce the ACV policies and procedures.
• Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.
• Ensure proper follow-through on all directives, bulletins, schedules, and accounting from the Payments Managers.
• Maintain a good flow of communications with the entire team including all levels of management.
What you will need
• A minimum of 1 year of accounts receivable experience.
• College degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Netsuite strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and provide a high degree of service.

• Accuracy in reporting and presenting financial information.
