I choose Mighty House because they were an independent firm with a local shop front as well as being linked in to all the on line services which are now a requirement for house sales - I felt I was getting the best of both worlds. I have used Mighty House to sell two properties within a two year period. I actually received an offer within days on one property which was very near full asking price. I found that Mighty House sold both properties within and excellent time frame and there was no shortage of viewings or marketing. I felt like John was really helpful and helped me see the possibilities and how this would work for me. Then I came back with Amanda and I knew it was this one. It is really hard to know how to negotiate prices or where to start when you don't do this much, you were very supportive with all my offers until we agreed on one. Now I live here so far amazing.
