The app doesn’t provide estimated pick up or drop off times like on the website. This makes using the app unrealistic when more information is available on the website. I tried reporting the issue to customer service. Their response was to get very defensive and say that the app is new. I know it’s new. I’ve noticed a problem and wanted to report it so it might be resolved. They couldn’t even take feedback about there being no Face ID and/or Touch ID functionality. All customer service did was give me an attitude and repeat what I said. I know there’s no Face ID or touch ID functionality. I’m just reporting it so that Access Link can consider adding it in the future.QuanAnglica87 , 02/17/2023
Very unprofessional representatives. I don’t have much hope for this app going forward.
This app is broken the app needs major improvement in a lot of areas like the UI could major adjustment for more user friendly navigation more user opinions need to be added Tracking info details so the user can see how far or close there driver is SMS Nofications for text needs to be added and so much more so I'm giving this app a 1 star
